You are invited to a three-day retreat — a sacred, joy-filled gathering for those who I have had the privilege of walking beside in this work. This weekend is for current and past members of my container — a time to reconnect, dream, laugh, and remember the truth of who we are.

Together, we’ll create space to be seen and witnessed in our wholeness. To rest. To breathe. To tell a new story of who we truly are. To celebrate what we’ve lived through and who we’re becoming.

What We’ll Do

This retreat is a homecoming for your body, heart, and spirit. Over three days, we will:

  • Move and dance freely, letting our bodies express what words cannot

  • Explore breathwork and meditation, opening space for healing

  • Write, reflect, and share stories. 

  • We will create rituals and ceremonies together. 

  • Sweat and release in the sauna, cold plunge, connect with nature, and soak in the land’s beauty

  • Laugh, cry, and feel the aliveness of being together

Every moment is an invitation: to deepen into presence, to honor your journey, and to celebrate joy and connection.

Pricing includes lodging, food, and what you will learn at the retreat! You are responsible for your own travel but we will connect all attendees so you can coordinate carpooling.
