My Story

I am a somatic coach, a speaker, and the author of There I Am (Simon & Schuster). I work with women at the threshold. The moment after years of inner work, where the only thing left to do is move from understanding your life to inhabiting it.

That is the work I have built my life around, in my own body first, and now alongside the women I am lucky enough to walk with.
